Policy

Students will be offered a free trial lesson before signing up for continued lessons. In order to ensure your child receives the most benefit out of their lessons, the following policies will be put in place:

MISSED LESSONS

In the event you need to cancel a lesson, every effort will be made to reschedule that lesson during designated lesson days and times. However if that is not possible, that lesson's fee will go towards preparing and planning out your child's next lesson.

TRAVEL TO YOUR HOME

There is a 5-minute travel variance allotted between the time of your child's scheduled lesson time and the teacher arrival. You will be notified if there will be any longer of a delay.

PRACTICE RECOMMENDATIONS

Your child is encouraged to make music a part of their daily life in some way, shape or form. It is recommended that your child finds anywhere from 10-30 minutes to practice each day

OFFICE HOURS

Office hours are Monday-Thursday from 10AM-4PM and Friday from 10AM-12PM. If it outside of these hours, please do not expect an immediate reply.
